SnazzyBeatz provides a written contract for every client, be it a small party or a huge event.
It is extremely important to have a written agreement and have your date reserved with deposit.
We will send you a contract form after a verbal agreement with you. We request you to fill that up and send it back to us with a deposit equal to 20% of the agreed contract amount, to secure services on your special day. A signed copy will be given to you as part of the agreement. Your deposit will ensure commitment from you as well as us, for that date.

Laying out a program schedule is not easy and most of the times we do not know where to start. Shown below are our planners which will help you with that. After you have a signed event with us, please download the relevant planner, fill it out and send it back to us no later than 2 weeks prior to your event date.
